Stoenworks Aviation CD Technical and Customer Support

Technical problems:

- I insert the CD and nothing happens

You may have a deffective CD. All CD's are tested after burning, but something can always go wrong. If other CD's are recognized by your computer and the Stoenworks Aviation CD is not, contact me at Hal@stoenworks.com

A replacement CD will be promptly sent to you at no charge.

 

- I can't open the PDF file on the CD

Make certain that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. Acrobat Reader is available as a free download from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com

 

- I see that there is a new CD version release. Do I need to buy another CD?

No. There is a new CD version number each time I revise the CD by adding additional content. Take a look at Version Tracker http://www.versiontracker.com, or at the contents directory at the Stoenworks Aviation Page. Find what's new and download to your system. You're always welcome to buy a new CD, but you certainly don't have to.
